A 74-year-old alleged child molester has appeared before a Preliminary Enquiry at Fermanagh Court.
John James O'Rourke, of Hillview Park, Enniskillen, is charged with indecently assaulting a female child and committing an act of gross indecency with her between February 27, 1984, and February 28, 1988.
A prosecutor submitted that the pensioner had a prima facie case to answer.
O'Rourke's defence solicitor, Mr. Tony McGettigan, said he had no contrary submission to make.
The pensioner was asked if he wished to say anything in answer to the charges. He replied: "Not at this time."
Asked if he wished to give evidence or call any witnesses, he replied: "No."
O'Rourke was returned for trial at Dungannon Crown Court on November 8
