FORMER businessman Sean Quinn will learn today if he faces jail when his contempt case comes before the High Court in Dublin.
His son, Sean Quinn Junior, will also learn if he is to face a further spell in Mountjoy Prison.
Judge Elizabeth Dunne previously found both men guilty of contempt for moving multi-million euro assets beyond the reach of the former Anglo Irish Bank, now known as the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation.
Sean Quinn Senior's nephew, Peter Darragh was also found guilty of contempt of court but has avoided jail by remaining in the north.
Today, the High Court will hear if Mr Quinn has done enough to comply with court orders. If he hasn't, the former billionaire could be sent to prison.
