Man accused of GBH returned for trial
A 30-year-old man accused of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to two men has appeared before a Preliminary Enquiry at Fermanagh Court.
Rafal Stanczak, of Killynure Green, Enniskillen, is charged with unlawfully and maliciously attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to Raymond Valentine and Christopher Wray on August 11, 2011. He was returned for trial at Dungannon Crown Court on January 29.
