The River Drowes has produced Ireland’s first salmon of 2014. Despite flood conditions Eoin McManus, from Ballyshannon, hooked and landed the eight pound salmon while fishing a Rapala lure in the Bridge Pool below Lennox’s Bridge, on the Bundoran to Kinlough road, around 2.30pm on Tuesday.
