Dear Sir, - I would be very grateful for space in your paper to thank all those kind people who helped me organise the Christmas party in Asda for the elderly and people with learning disabilities.
Thanks to all the staff in Adsa, especially Mr. Beckett, Angela Flynn and Shelly Black.
A sincere word of thanks to the students of our local schools; Portora, St. Michael's, Collegiate, Mount Lourdes, St. Joseph's. They all helped with the tea, making sure that everyone was looked after, especially the very disabled who needed a lot of attention. The parents and teachers can be very proud of these young people.
I would like to thank Mr. Gerry Knox, Fermanagh District Council Technical Dept. for his help and guidance, getting everybody there quickly out of the cold.
Thanks to Mr. Frank Allet, Salvation Army for welcoming everybody to the party.
A very sincere thank you to all the musicians who made the night so cheerful for everybody; Bernard O'Connor and the Scout Band, Ali Harron, and Marion, and the Originals Band, The Milligan Brothers with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Milligan from Ederney.
I would like to thank all those who provided transport; Benny McMurray and all those who used their own cars.
Sincere thanks to Nathan Chambers and the members of Enniskillen Red Cross, also to Pam Gunn, St. John's and all her members.
I would like to say a sincere word of thanks to Claire Fleming, Fermanagh Mencap and also to Malachy and Mary Corrigan.
Yours faithfully,
Maureen Muldoon.
