Dear Madam, - As a recent patient in the South West Acute Hospital, I would like to sincerely express my gratitude for the great quality of care that I received from my admittance to my discharge.
I feel it is necessary to publicly commend the nurses, doctors and auxiliary staff, as they do not always receive the praise and appreciation that they so deserve.
It is too easy to criticise and complain about the NHS and in doing so we fail to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the individual team members.
My heartfelt thanks to all at SWAH.
