Dear Madam, - Mary’s Meals committee wants to express our deepest thanks to the public for their contribution and donations over the past year to helping and providing our charity with the financial and the moral support needed to continue our mission to feeding the hungry children in their place of education, throughout Africa, Asia Eastern Europe and Latin America.
Your support has repeatedly played a key role in Mary’s Meals success. Mary’s Meals is providing 923,572 children with a daily meal. We hope by March/April 2015 with your help we can make it a million. Mary’s Meals committee would also like to say a very big thank you to all our volunteers for there commitment, dedication and energy to helping with our charity.
Money raised through events over the past year is as follows, Enniskillen street collections (May/October) raised £2,216.06; Curry night in The Ceili House (June) raised £720.00; Step by Step walk to knock (August) raised £2,819.75; Finger food night in Westville Hotel (October) raised £946.80; Private donations by public over the past year, raised £6,309.02.
Total for year ending 2014 - £13,011.60 A branch of Mary’s Meals was formed in Enniskillen of January 2008, by Fr. Owen Gorman, since then Mary’s Meals has raised in total of £79,320.39 Again Mary’s Meals would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your kind generosity and support.
