Roslea 1-12

Maurice McLaughlin, the Erne Gaels boss was obviously pleased with the win;
“It was a good game. Both sides came out and played and there were plenty of scores. The two goals we got in the second half were very important as there wasn’t much in it at the break. We have been up and down a bit lately and we just need to be a little bit more consistent,” he explained.
His opposite number, Brian Gormley felt some naivety in possession was a contributing factor in his teams demise;
“We gave the ball away twice and they got two goals from it,” the former Tyrone star stated before adding; “We did a lot of things as well in the game but we didn’t deserve to get anything from the match either and there is plenty of improvement needed over the next few weeks. Another win or two will guarantee us a top four in the league and then we can look at the championship.”
