The recent launch of the new, interactive Gaelic football chat show, Gaelic Weekly, has caught the attentions of GAA fans with a number of familiar Fermanagh faces involved in the show.

The Show is broadcast live on both Facebook and Youtube at 7.30pm on a Monday night so will be available for free to everyone with an internet connection both at home and abroad.

The show is presented by Rory Rafferty while the Social Media presenter is Niall Donnelly. Former Fermanagh star Marty O’Brien is the shows expert analyst while current Fermanagh star Barry Mulrone will also offer his opinion most weeks. There will also be guest experts and analysts appearing on a regular basis.

The show is produced by Conor and Paudie Lunny of Lunny Imaging and producer Paudie Lunny commented: “ We felt there was a gap in the market for this type of show where the viewers get the chance to interact with the panel, hence our motto ‘your opinion matters’.

“We would encourage to viewers to contact us as the show is going live and give their opinion or ask whatever question they feel is relative.

“We’ll also be starting a few challenges for club players over the next few weeks which should be fun and we would love to hear from any club or county that wishes to be featured on the show .”

Gaelic Weekly ‘throw in’ with an agenda that looks at the current talking points in the Gaelic world, a look back at the last week’s results and a review of the fixtures for the week ahead for Club and County. Although it begins with an agenda to work towards, the intention is that through Facebook, Twitter and Youtube comments, that each show is as interactive and fluid as possible. This keeps the format of each show fresh and can be moulded it as the viewers see fit.

“As we move forward with the show we intend to focus on specific clubs and counties each week and as the community evolves we’ll aim to provide a platform for the youth teams of the GAA to keep up to speed with what is going on in other areas of the country,” added Paudie.
