With only three week's league fixtures remaining, the only team out of the four sections who seem to have assured their place in the last four are Enniskillen's St Michaels.

They more or less secured their place on Tuesday evening in the Forum after collecting the maximum four points from their game with Trory B, leaving them 9.5 points ahead of their nearest rivals Clogher Valley with the same amount of games played.

The remaining three sections all seem to have to be decided yet and the last three games will be very important to the present section leaders

Mullaghdun in Section B have been the front runners for the past few weeks but only have a 4.5 point lead ahead of second placed St Marys who have an important game less played.

Section C seems to be a battle between the two Wellington teams with the A team having a slight 3.5 points lead but both having two games left to play, with one which will be against each other

Derryvullan would be firm favourites to finish on top of section D where they command a useful 5.5 points but Lakeland A who have a game in hand are still in there 'with a shout' The deciding factor in this section could well be when these two teams meet in two weeks time.

On Tuesday evening, St Joseph's in Section C were not able to field a team again and Wellington A collected the maximum four points in the walk over.

St. Michael's A had no problems in their Section A game aginst Trory B collecting the four points with the greatest of ease, the 53 shots to 12 shots advantage showing their superiority while Trory A put a halt to Clogher Valley's superb run of late when they came out on top in a hard fought encounter.

In the top of the table game in Section B, the spoils were shared between Mullaghdun and St Mary's in a game which ended with only a single shot between the two 32 to 31. Meanwhile in this section Cleenish will be disappointed in losing out to the Royal British Legion which realistically puts paid to their efforts in reaching the semi-finals.

In the remaining section, Lakeland A kept their challenge alive for a last four spot when they chalked up a further four points from the game against St Michael's B while section leaders Derryvullan continued their brilliant season with a convincing win over Gransha.
