Cliftonville 1 Ballinamallard Utd 0

Ballinamallard were denied a share of the spoils from their trip to Solitude to take on Cliftonville today as the home side bagged the points with a 95th minute Davy McDaid goal.

Mallards boss Gavin Dykes had told the Impartial Reporter this week that he wanted his side to become 'more horrible to play against' and he got that from his team as they frustrated the Reds for the bulk of the contest.

However, deep into injury time McDaid struck to beat McGrath with a right footed finish.

It is as you where at the bottom though as the two sides below Ballinamallard; Carrick Rangers and Portadown, were also beaten.
