Fermanagh Juniors 3 Dundalk Schoolboys 2.

Jamal Tavares scored with two minutes to go as Fermanagh Juniors picked up their first win of the week with a 3-2 victory over Dundalk Schoolboys on Wednesday.

On the back of a fine performance against Manchester United, Fermanagh got off to the perfect start against Dundalk as they took the lead after only five minutes.

Conor Courtney was upended in the box and captain Micheal Glynn calmly slotted the resultant spot kick to the corner.

However, Dundalk were back on level terms straight away as they burst forward from the kick off to score.

And with 12 minutes gone Fermanagh fell behind to a screaming effort as Dundalk made it 2-1.

In an entertaining first half though Fermanagh equalised as Caoilte Hamill clipped home a curling shot to leave it 2-2 at the break.

The second half saw less in the way of goal mouth action but with two minutes to go the Fermanagh side swooped for what proved to be the winner, Jamal Tavares firing home after he followed up an Eimhin Curran free kick.
