Two Ballinamallard players came off the bench for Northern Ireland U15s on Wednesday as they drew 3-3 with Slovakia at the NTC Stadium in Senec.
Three Mallards had been named in the squad for the trip after impressing in the recent friendly games against Estonia and Niall Owens and Jake Irvine were to come on in the second half as Northern Ireland came from 3-1 down to earn a share of the spoils.
Owens came on after 50 minutes and Irvine played the last half an hour as a Josh Tipping hat-trick earned Northern Ireland a draw.
The pair were joined by goalkeeper Josh Brownlee in the squad for the away encounter.
