PING has introduced new GMax irons featuring a revolutionary design called COR-Eye Technology that increases flexing across the entire face.

The brand says it has engineered its “longest and straightest iron ever” since its COR-Eye Technology simultaneously activates the sole, face, and top rail to increase ball speed up to three mph over previous PING models.

This technology also creates a faster ball speed that is constant across the entire face, so even off-centre strikes deliver longer, straighter results.

A new cavity structure houses a concealed Custom Tuning Port that connects to the sole, while a low, back centre of gravity increases the MOI for more forgiveness, accuracy and consistency, The irons also feature an enhanced leading edge, more trailing edge relief and refined bounce to help optimise turf interaction.

Ping Demo irons are now available at our fitting studio at Enniskillen Golf Club using the latest in golf fitting technology: GC2 Launch Monitor Callaway has launched its new Mack Daddy 3 Milled Wedges, which are designed to provide maximum performance thanks to new grind and groove options.

Crafted and shaped by Roger Cleveland, the new wedges offer a choice of three different grinds (S-Grind, W-Grind and C-Grind) and a Progressive Groove Optimisation system which employs three different groove patterns for increased spin as loft increases.

Normal conditions: The S-Grind is Callaway’s most versatile, all-purpose grind and shows its utility across a variety of conditions and swing types.

Soft conditions: The W-Grind has a slightly wider sole and is designed for the golfer playing in slightly softer conditions or who has the tendency to come in steep with their swing. Proficient out of the sand, the W-Grind suits a variety of swings from more steep to more sweep, creating a moderate divot pattern. Callaway Chrome soft ball review.

Firm conditions: The C-Grind is designed for firmer conditions and versatility around the greens. The heel and toe relief of this grind allows for a number of shots, especially opening up the face and keeping the leading edge low.
