Enniskillen 1st XV 13 Ballynahinch 2nd XV 17 There was late heartbreak for Enniskillen in the Towns Cup final as Ballynahinch 2nd XV snatched victory at the death with a converted try right at the end of the second period of extra time at Kingspan Stadium.

A tight and low scoring first half has saw 'Hinch go in at the break with a slender 3-0 advantage.

However, Skins started the second half brightly and Adam Lendrum drilled over a penalty to level up matters.

And the Enniskillen men went on to take the lead as flying winger Robert Baloucoune touched down for a try which was converted by Lendrum to make it 10-3.

Ballynahinch though responded and a try by Conor Philips, converted by Chris Quinn had the sides level at 10-10.

With neither side able to add to their tally, the game went to extra time and it was Skins who were to draw first blood as Lendrum kicked a penalty to make it 13-10.

And that's the way it stayed until right at the death when Hinch struck for the victory.

The Skins defence was superb throughout but Hinch created an overlap and Chris Orr went over for a try to put his side ahead. Quinn then landed the conversion to leave it 17-13 at the finish as Skins suffered a second successive Towns' Cup final defeat.
