Enniskillen completed their qualifying two season with a good in over Lisburn as two second half tries from Jason Wilson and one from Jamie Johnston ensured their season ended on a high.

Under the guidance of new captain Ricky Connor, Skins introduced a number of their U19 players to gain some 1st XV experience and this certainly paid off with Daly, Wilson and McCrabbe fully justifying their selection in what was a competitive game from start to finish.

The opening period was even as both sides sought to move the ball. Enniskillen had more of the ball but were playing against the wind. A period of pressure by Skins saw them camped on the Lisburn line.

However, a relieving penalty saw Lisburn bring play to the Skins half and led to the opening score for the visitors after a few missed tackles allowed Lisburn to cross the tryline. The try was not coverted but the visitors led by 5-0.

Although the home side had suffered from a high penalty count inflicted by the ever-vigilant referee there was much to admire in their first half endeavours.

Skins upped their efforts in the second half and used the wind to keep Lisburn pinned back.

Strong running by forwards and backs stretched the Lisburn line and tries followed. Jason Wilson plundered two tries and Jamie Johnston crossed for one with Finlay kicking a penalty and converting two of the tries to give Skins a merited 22-5 victory.

A positive end to the season then, Skins will look to regroup in the summer before setting out again in a bid to gain promotion from qualifying two.
