In continuation with Blake's 125th anniversary celebrations, and to coincide with the Fermanagh Live festival, the event will take place on Sunday, October 7 in Level 7 with doors opening at 9.30pm.
"As our comedy nights have gone from strength to strength, the venue has become established within the comedian circuit. This as a result, has enabled us to invite our headline act Ardal O'Hanlon to his first ever appearance in County Fermanagh. With his infamous reputation, it will surely be a night not to be missed. Tickets will be on sale from Tuesday, September 4 at 11am from the Hollow," said manager Mark Edwards.
Award winning comedian, actor, writer - and star of Father Ted (C4); My Hero (BBC 1), Val Falvey (RTE) and Leagues Apart (RTE), Ardal O'Hanlon brings his unique brand of stand up comedy to Enniskillen.
A highly acclaimed stand up, Ardal has toured to sell out audiences internationally and has released two Top Ten stand up DVDs.
He continues to be one of the most sought after comedians working with regular sell out solo tours worldwide including Ireland, the UK, USA, China and Australia.
Also on the bill is Cormac O'Donnell, born in Moneymore now living in Cookstown. He first took to the stage as a comedy performer in a local talent show in April 2011.
In this first performance Cormac appeared as his alter ego 'Igor' and looked like he had been on the stage all his life. 'Igor' is from Russia and has come to Ireland to find himself a wife but is finding it hard to adjust to life in Ireland. After this debut performance Cormac started to build up a cult following all demanding to see more hilarious performances. Cormac started to perform on the local pubs and clubs in Cookstown before opening up Cookie Comedy Club in the Oldtown Inn.
Cormac not only performs as 'Igor' but also does his own routines where he reminisces about growing up round Moneymore and what life was like in those early days with his Mum and Dad. Cormac has come a long way in such a short period of time and has played gigs the length and breadth on the country, supporting some of the finest comedians from these shores.
