BLURRED Lines’s latest release, ‘Raise Your Glass’ in now available online through the band’s Facebook page: facebook.com/blurredlinesband and youtube.

Originally a Pink song, the local band say it is their most exciting release yet.

“We’re always trying to raise the bar with each release,” says Lisa Howe, “Our previous single ‘Happy’ is beyond 26,000 views and the feedback was astonishing! For weeks we were stopped in the steet by strangers who loved our video.

“It’s been a challenge to pick a follow up song but we think we’ve got it right! It’s also an opportunity for us to introduce our newest member, Richard Ireson who we’re very proud to say joined us in June.

“John Moffatt at Oaks Rehearsals and Recordings did a fantastic job producing the track, it sounds huge.” Dan Doran did the camera wor for the band’s video but the band members were able to edit it to their own personal tastes this time round.

“We’re delighted with the result,” says Lisa, “It’s a lively house party setting with the band performing amongst a bunch of fans dancing and singing, real sweat and enjoyment, the kind of atmosphere that can’t be staged.

“It really does look great. We had initial concerns about this style of video, we were so dependant on the ‘crowd’ to make it look good.

“A lot could have gone wrong but they did us more than proud and really make it an entertaining watch!” The band’s diary is busy throughout this month, with gigs in Belfast, Dublin and Enniskillen as part of Guiness Amplify.
