FOLLOWING their wild west adventures at the Ardhowen Theatre this Easter, Borderline Players are bringing the biggest show this side of the Mississippi to the Termon Complex, Pettigo for two shows on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3.

Written by the king of pantomime Paul Reakes, and directed by Siobhan O’Brien, ‘Old Mother Hubbard’ is a tale of epic proportions as the Hubbard family find themselves magically transported to a land of Cowboys and Indians and a villain or three out to spoil the fun.

According to Siobhan, the audience reactions and feedback after the performances at the Ardhowen Theatre have been overwhelming: “It is this support from the audience that really drives the group forward and their desire to get bigger and better with each production.

“The patrons of the Ardhowen have always been hugely supportive, and the group is now looking forward to performing for the home audience in Pettigo,” she added.

The cast is filled with familiar faces and names that Borderline fans know and love.

But there are also some very welcome new additions in the form of Ballyshannon’s Barry Gallagher, and Samantha McElgunn who joins the group from Derrylin.

Old Mother Hubbard will take to the stage at the Termon Complex, Pettigo, at 7pm each night.
