The Blake’s Comedy Club returns on Saturday 30th May with another fantastic lineup.

The venue is growing from strength to strength and is now a must stop for the very best comedians on the circuit. Neil Dougan as normal hosts the night and gets the crowd primed and ready for a night of laughter. Conor Keys, an experienced act from Omagh will continue the enjoyment until our head line act is set to raise the roof. Blake’s is very proud to welcome Owen O’Neil to Enniskillen for the first time. This is a night not to be missed.

Conor Keys is a Comedian from Omagh, Co.Tyrone. Conor has played in many great venues throughout Northern Ireland including The Empire and Mandela Hall. Conor is the Resident MC at Dalys Comedy Club and has hosted many big name acts, including Ardal O’Hanlon, Tony Law, Neil Delamere, Tom Stade and Kevin McAleer to name but a few.

Owen O’Neill is an award winning stand-up comedian, writer and actor. He made his stand-up TV debut in 1985 on Saturday Live and has since performed all over the World. He has guested twice on Late night with Conan O’Brien. He is an annual visitor to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where he has produced, directed and starred in eight one man-shows, winning a string of awards including two Fringe Firsts, the Edinburgh critics award for best comedy a Perrier nomination and the LWT award for best original one-man play. ‘To call what he does ‘stand-up’ doesn’t do him justice. This is genuine comedy from the gut, a true original.

Owen has been performing stand up comedy for twenty eight years and has performed all over the World. His speciality, outside of the comedy circuit, is the one man show, once described by Time Out as Stand-up theatre. Owen was one of the first to embrace this genre being heavily influenced by Spalding Gray and Eric Bogosian.

He has won several awards for these shows including a Perrier nomination and two Fringe Firsts at The Edinburgh Festival.

He has guested on Late night with Conan O’Brien and did his own one-man run of plays at the West Beth theatre in New York, in a season of BBC America sponsored shows with the League of Gentlemen and Bill Bailey.
