LEE Matthews will take to the stage at the Valley Hotel, Fivemiletown this Saturday night.
He released his new single a fortnight ago and became his sixth country chart download number one. After the success of his last smash hit ‘Cotton Eye Joe’ the singer said: “We had two new songs to release from my forthcoming album and we ended up swapping them around several times because both are massive songs but my producer, Jonathan Owens, was so excited about this track which is a big sing-a-long feel good anthem, we just had to go with it first”.
The new single ‘It’s A Great Day To Be Alive’ was exclusive to radio before it’s iTunes release to the public on August 14.
He is busy behind the scenes writing and recording for his new album due for release in late October.
But for now he will perform at the Valley at the weekend with his band.
