NICHOLAS KINNEAR

Published on 20/06/2019

KINNEAR Nicholas 10th June 2019 Suddenly Drumkeen, Ballinamallard Dearly loved husband of Alma, precious daddy to Robert and his wife Claire and wee granddaughter Lucy, precious daddy to Grace and her partner Steven. A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest, It broke our hearts to see you go, God only takes the best. Your life was love and labour, Your love for your family true, You did your best for all of us, We will always remember you. In tears we watched you sinking, We watched you fade away, And though our hearts were breaking, We knew you could not stay. Our lips cannot speak how we loved you, Our hearts cannot tell what to say, But God only knows how we miss you, In our home that is lonely today. xx Daddy to Robert and his wife Claire and grandad to the love of his life, his wee granddaughter Lucy. xx He never looked for praises, He was never one to boast, He just went on quietly working, For the ones he loved the most. His dreams were seldom spoken, His words were very few, And most of the time his worries, Went unspoken too... He was there - a firm fondation, Through all our storms of life, A sturdy hand to hold to, In times of stress and strife. A true friend we could turn to, When times were good or bad, One of our greatest blessings, The man that we called Dad. x All our love, your daughter Grace and partner Steven. xoxoxo For my precious Daddy, I miss you. 'Gods Garden' God looked around his garden, And found an empty place, He then looked down upon the earth, And saw your tired face. He put his arms around you, And lifted you to rest, Gods garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough, And the hills were hard to climb, So he closed your weary eyelids, And whispered 'Peace be thine'. It broke our hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone, For part of us went with you, The day God called you home.
