MOORHEAD David. The children, Margaret, Paul, Eileen and Fiona, wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in the recent sad loss of our dear Dad. Thank-you to Dr. Cunningham and Staff on Benaughlin Health Centre and the Staff of Bradys Pharmacy for their care over the years. Thank-you to Medical and Nursing Staff in S.W.A.H., with special thanks to Staff of Ward 2 S.W.A.H. where Dad was treated with exceptional care and dignity. Thanks to Rev. Ruth West for her pastoral care and conducting the funeral. To David and Austen for their sensitive and compassionate care in arranging the funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept our sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who helped in any way.
