POLLOCK Gwendolene Hannah (Gwen) As the daughter of the late Mrs Gwendolene Hannah Pollock, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who sympathised with me and my family circle following our very sad loss. Thank you to all who visited Mum in both hospitals, called at our home, telephoned, sent messages, cards, letters, brought gifts and food, attended the funeral service and gave donations in lieu of flowers to Ballinamallard Methodist Church. Thank you also to the staff of SWAH and Craigavon Area Hospital for their medical care. A special thank you to all my Mother's carers in particular Mrs Joyce Kempton her main carer and Mrs Winnie Eaton, her most regular holiday cover carer, for their reliability, assistance, loving care and friendship. Thank you to the doctors and Dr Cathcart & Partners, especially Dr Simon Forster, her main Doctor, to all the Reception Staff, Practice Nurses, District Nurses and Social Workers for their care over recent years. My sincere appreciation to Rev John Beacom for his visits to our home and to both hospitals, his support , comforting presence, devoted pastoral care and for conducting the funeral service. Sincere thanks to the various Church visitors who called over recent years, to the Organist, Church Wardens and Gravedigger, to all the kind and thoughtful neighbours and friends who helped out in and around the home and to the ladies of Ballinamallard Methodist Church for providing tea after the service. Finally I would like to thank the Directors of S R Elliott & Sons who carried out the funeral arrangements in a most dignified, respectful and sympathetic manner. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, I trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of my deep gratitude and sincere appreciation.
