Mc CREA Hazel The family of the late Hazel McCrea wish to extend their sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. We would also like to say a special word of thanks to the Valley Medical Practice, District Nurses, Doctors and Staff of South West Acute Hospital, the Tilery Nursing Home and the Domiciliary Carers who looked after Hazel over the past few difficult months. We also wish to thank S. R. Elliott for carrying out the Funeral arrangements in a professional and dignified manner. As it is impossible to thank everyone personally please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratefulness at this sad time.
