Mc LOUGHLIN Brigid Glenlevin, Derrygonnelly Died 22nd September 2018 The Daughter, Sons, Son-in-law, Daughters-in-law and Grandchildren of the late Brigid McLoughlin would like to express sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them and comforted them following their recent sad loss. Thank you to all those who called to the family home, including the children she used to look after who have become lifelong friends, and of course her Bundoran family. We are grateful also to those who sent Mass and Sympathy cards, telephoned us and brought gifts and to those who attended the Removal and Brigid's Funeral. A special thank you to our wonderful relatives, friends and neighbours who helped in the house and stayed with us during Brigid's wake. Sincere thanks to Dr Daniel Khew and the Staff of Derrygonnelly Practice and to Geoffrey and Staff in Cathcarts Pharmacy all of whom went above and beyond to help Brigid over the years. We would also like to express heartfelt thanks to the Doctors and Staff of Ward 6 of the South West Acute Hospital who cared for Brigid in her final weeks and who treated us with such understanding and compassion. Thank you to Fr Jimmy McPhillips PP and Fr Niall Martin who regularly visited both Brigid and Michael over the past years and to Fr Cathal Deery PP who celebrated Brigid's Funeral Mass. Sincere thanks to Fr Seamus Quinn whose regular visits, spiritual support and thoughtful words guided Brigid and us all through that sad, final week in hospital. We also want to thank Fr Seamus for his most personal and touching homily at Brigid's Funeral Mass. A special thanks to Carla McLoughlin for her beautiful singing in the church and to Gerard McTeggart who accompanied Carla on guitar. Thank you also to the Altar Servers and the Eucharistic Ministers and all Brigid's Grandchildren whose participation made her Funeral Mass so special. Grateful thanks to Leeanne McGovern, Funeral Director and her Team for the caring, professional and dignified manner in which they carried out Brigid's Funeral arrangements. We cannot express in words the comfort provided by Leeanne's compassion, support and attention to detail. Thank you too to the Gravediggers and to the Team of Volunteers at Derrygonnelly Community Centre who provided the refreshments after the Funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. Brigid's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick's Church, Derrygonnelly, on Sunday, 21st October 2018 at 11.30am.
