SWANSTON Isabella Isobel, Sandra and families would like to offer our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us following the recent sad loss of a much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother who passed away peacefully on 7th November, 2018. Our heartfelt thanks to all those who visited, kindly brought food, helped in the home, sent sympathy cards, attended the funeral and those who gave donations in lieu of flowers for S.W.A.H, Palliative Care Team. A special thanks to Pastor Raymond Moore for the beautiful personalised funeral service and his and Jim Irvine's pastoral care over these past years. We also want to thank the organist Audrey Smith and all who assisted at the funeral, including grave digger and special thanks to Marcus, Gordon and Raymond of S R Elliott for the respectful and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Our deepest appreciation to the Staff of the Tilery Nursing Home for their devoted and compassionate care. Thanks also to the Doctors, Nurses and Palliative Care Team of Ward 2 S.W.A.H who provided such attentive care to Mum during her stay in hospital. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep felt gratitude.
