John Collins

COLLINS John (R.I.P.) Enniskillen 6th April, 2019 The family of the late John Collins wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and supported us during our recent, sad bereavement. We offer our gratitude to everyone who visited our home, especially those who travelled long distances to be with us. We deeply appreciate all those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters of condolence and donations in lieu of flowers to MacMillan Cancer Care. We extend our thanks to all those who attended John's Funeral Mass. A special thanks to our extended family, friends and neighbours, all those who brought gifts of food and helped us in our family home during the Wake. We express our deepest gratitude to all of the Nursing and Auxiliary Staff in Ward 8 at the South West Acute Hospital for their wonderful care and kindness to John during his illness. We also thank the Paramedic and Palliative Care Teams for their care and support, and a special word of thanks to Sister Rosa for her quiet presence and prayers. We also express our gratitude to all of the Consultants and Teams in Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry and the City Hospital in Belfast. Further gratitude is extended to Dr. McConville, the District Nursing Team and the Erne Pharmacy for their care and support for John. Our sincere thanks go to Fr. Raymond and Fr. Maurice for their prayerful, pastoral care to John when he was in hospital. Heartfelt thanks also go to Fr. Maurice McGill for celebrating the Funeral Mass and to con-celebrants Mons. Peter O'Reilly, Fr. James Anthony Boyle and Fr. Kevin O'Rourke. Deepest thanks also to Catherine Acton and Matthew Murphy who provided the beautiful singing and music. We also thank the Staff and Pupils of Saint Fanchea's College who organised the guard of honour, as well as representatives from other Ennisksillen Schools. The family are also indebted to our Funeral Directors, Enda Love and Paul Keenan, for the dignified and caring way they carried out the entire funeral arrangements. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our grateful appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all of your intentions. John's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 25th May, 2019 at 6.00 p.m. in St. Michael's Church, Enniskillen.
