ROONEY Margaret Knocknalare, Roslea, Co Fermanagh Who passed away peacefully at home on the 20th April, 2019 Pre-deceased by her husband Vincent Margaret's son Ciaran, daughters; Sheila, Una, Christine and Dympna, Daughter-in-law, Sons-in-law, Grandchildren, Brother, Sisters, and extended family wish to express their heartfelt appreciation to all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. Sincere thanks to our very kind neighbours, relatives and friends who helped us in so many ways especially during the weeks before Margaret's passing. Thanks to everyone who cooked, brought food, served refreshments and worked tirelessly in our home and on the farm. Thanks also to those who provided seating, arranged the outdoor lighting, those who organised and managed the traffic, parking and provided lifts to the house. We would also like to thank all those who visited our home and attended the Funeral Mass many of whom travelled long distances to be with us. We offer sincere thanks to Fr. John Chester PP, Roslea, Mgr Vincent Connolly PE. Roslea and Canon Macartan McQuaid who all called to our home to offer their support and prayers to our family. We thank all those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters of condolence, telephone calls, text messages and floral tributes. We would also like to express our gratitude to the pallbearers who carried the coffin on her final journey from Knocknalare. Our heartfelt thanks to Fr. John Chester P.P. who looked after Margaret's spiritual needs every first Friday and for his many visits to the hospital and to our home in the past number of weeks and throughout the wake. We would like to thank Fr Chester for celebrating Margaret's Funeral Mass, officiating at the graveside and for his heartfelt and sincere homily. Thanks also to the choir, soloist Patsy McPhillips and organist Nicola Cusack for the beautiful hymns and singing during the Funeral Mass. We also thank Micheal McKenna (Sacristan) and all those who took part in the Funeral Liturgy and Mass. To Roslea Shamrocks G.F.C. for their guard of honour before and after the Funeral Mass. A very special thanks to all of Margaret's carers who looked after her with excellent care and attention in her home. Sincere thanks to the Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Ward 3, Medical Ward, SWAH Enniskillen for their excellent care of Margaret. To the Doctors and staff of the Maple Group Practice in Lisnaskea for all their assistance. Also, thanks to the Lisnaskea District Nurses, Rapid Response, Marie Curie Nurses, Palliative Community Nurse, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and all the medical and nursing staff both in SWAH, Enniskillen and in the community for the care, support and dignity afforded to Margaret. Special thanks also to the staff of McDaid's Pharmacy, Roslea for their professionalism and kindness. To all her friends and the staff and volunteers of Carn Court Day Care who were all so kind and generous to Margaret every Wednesday during her time there. We extend our gratitude to Aidan Connolly, Funeral Director, Paul Mohan and Conor Clerkin for the sensitive, dignified and professional manner, in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. Special thanks also to all the grave diggers who prepared Margaret's final resting place with such care and attention. Thanks to Roslea Shamrocks G.F.C. for the use of the complex after the funeral and to Caroline Niblock and staff for providing the lovely food. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Margaret's Month's Memory Mass will be celebrated in St. Tierney's Church, Roslea on Sunday 26th May 2019 at 10.30 am.
