Barney Mc Loughlin

Mc LOUGHLIN Barney Mary, Brian, Jacinta, Declan, Peadar and the wider family of the late Bernard (Barney) McLoughlin of Lisgoole Park, Enniskillen, would like to thank all those who shared their sympathy and kindness with them in their recent bereavement. A special thanks to everyone who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, attended the wake, Funeral Mass and those who have kept us in their thoughts and prayers. Thank you to those who prepared and brought food and helped out in the house with refreshments during the wake. We would like to express our gratitude to all of the Staff at the South West Acute Hospital (Wards 1, 3, 9 and A&E), those in the Mater and Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast, the District Nurses, Macmillan Nurses and many others who looked after Barney. Further thanks to Ann, Geraldine and others who cared for Barney at home over the past few months. Thank you to Father Charles Cross, Father Victor Donnelly and Father Brian D'Arcy for their prayers, support and for visiting the house during this difficult time. Thanks you to Monsignor O'Reilly for visiting Barney in the hospital and to Deacon Martin for visiting Barney at home. The family would also like to offer sincere gratitude to Father John Walsh for celebrating the Funeral Mass and for the most heartfelt and personal homily in celebration of Barney's life. Thanks also to Father Raymond Donnelly for his support and help with the organisation of the Funeral Mass and for assisting Father John. Thank you to the Altar Servers, Claire Gunn for the beautiful singing and everyone else who helped out. We would like to show our appreciation to John McKeegan who carried out the funeral arrangements in a professional and dignified manner and to the Gravediggers at Cross Cemetery for preparing Barney's final resting place. Further thanks to St. Michael's Scout Hall and the Staff of Saddler's for providing refreshments after the Funeral. It would be difficult to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Barney's Month's Mind will be celebrated on Saturday, 2nd November, 2019 at 6pm in St. Michael's Church, Enniskillen.
