TEAGUE John 33 Kesh Road Irvinestown Died 30th September 2019 Rose and the family of the late John Teague wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised and supported us during our recent sad bereavement. Sincere thanks to all who attended John's Wake, Funeral Mass and Burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Thanks also to all who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and letters of condolence, phoned, brought gifts of food, gave donations and travelled long distances to be with us. We are entirely grateful to many family members, kind friends and neighbours who worked tirelessly during the Wake. We also wish to commend the care given to John by the Staff of the South West Acute Hospital especially A&E and Ambulance Staff. A very special thanks to Dr Canning and the Nursing Staff of Ward 44, Altnagelvin Hospital for their professional, Medical and Nursing care given to John. Thanks also to the Catholic Chaplin who comforted John and us and administered his last rights. Thanks also to Fr Kevin Duffy who attended to John's spiritual needs during his illness. We also extend our gratitude to the Doctors and Staff of Irvinestown Health Centre, to the District Nurses, Brendan Lilley who took care of John's medication also the brilliant Carers who tended to John so faithfully. Sincere thanks to Canon McGourty for the beautiful liturgy, and the most heartfelt and personal homily in celebration of John's life and to Canon McKenna for concelebrating John's Funeral Mass. Thanks to Aideen McGirr and Gerry Quinn for the beautiful music and singing also Altar Servers, Readers and Eucharistic Ministers. Thanks to our local Police Welfare Group for their support and friendship during John's illness. A special thanks to the Bawnacre Centre for providing refreshments after the Funeral also Mahon's Hotel for their hospitality to us at this sad time. A very special thankyou to two good friends of John's who visited him daily throughout his long illness and kept him up to date with all the local news. Heartfelt thanks to Claude McKervey Funeral Director who carried out the Funeral arrangements with such sensitivity and professionalism as it is impossible to thank everyone we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our heartfelt thanks. John's Months Mind Mass will take place at the Sacred Heart Church, Irvinestown on Saturday 2nd November at 6pm. "Sacred Heart Of Jesus Have Mercy On His Soul".
