Joan Cassidy

CASSIDY Joan We, the family of the late Joan Cassidy wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with us on our recent sad and sudden bereavement. Our sincere thanks to the Paramedics who attended Mum that morning and the Staff of A&E who dealt so efficiently and caringly with Mum on her arrival at SWAH. Your compassion and care brought us great comfort in such a difficult time. Thank you also to the Critical Care Staff who cared for Mum in her final hours. We are very grateful to everyone who sent cards, flowers, messages, telephoned, brought gifts of food or helped in any way during the wake and in the following days. Sincere thanks to all our relatives and friends who travelled long distances to help and support us during those difficult days. A special word of thanks to Monsignor O'Reilly who attended to Mum's spiritual needs in her final hours. Thank you also to Canon Mullen and Fr. McKenna for the beautiful Requiem Mass and kind words that brought us great comfort. Thank you to Karen McElroy for singing beautifully all Mum's favourite hymns. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Swift and McCaffrey Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone for their kindness and support. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
