STRATTON Florence (Florrie) 43 Tattinderry Heights, Maguiresbridge Died 27th April, 2020 The family of the late Florence (Florrie) Stratton wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with them following the death of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. We are thankful to all those people who sent cards, telephoned and sent messages via social media. Thank you to mums neighbours and everyone who stood out along the cortege route to pay their respects , this was a great support to us as a family. Thank you to all mums faithful friends who called regularly to visit over the years, visits mum looked forward too and enjoyed so much. Thank you to Dr. Paul Mccaffrey for all his care, support and medical attention carried out with such professionalism durning mums declining health. Words are not adequate enough to thank the wonderful carers , Joey, Alma, Helen and Kathy, who cared for mum with such dignity and respect and enabled mum to live a contented fulfilled life in her own home. As a family we are indebted to you all. Thank you to mums social worker Julie McKenzie, for her genuine care and support and also to the Community district Nurses team and Palliative care nurses all of whom cared for mum with such compassion. Thank you to Brenda Carson and her staff for their support and service over the years. Thank you to the gravedigger William Graham and to the undertaker Austen Stinson for all his help and support in all the funeral arrangements, which were carried out in a professional, sympathetic and dignified manner, in such challenging circumstances. The family would also like to thank the Rev Abraham Story for the compassionate and caring way in which he conducted the burial ceremony in the current restrictions. We are very appreciative to all the people who gave donations in lieu of flowers to Christ Church Maguiresbridge and the Palliative Care Team. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation.
