McCABE Nick 30th October, 2020 The family of the late Nick McCabe wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement. We offer our heartfelt thanks to all who came out to pay their respects on the way to the church and at the burial. Thanks to everyone who sent Mass and Sympathy cards; sent flowers; called to the house or telephoned; brought gifts of food to the house; joined us via the webcam for the funeral or sent tributes and messages over social media. To Dr. Mc Brien and the team at Cuilcagh Medical Practice; to the wonderful team of District Nurses, the Palliative Care and Marie Curie nurses, and personal assistant. We thank each and every one of you for your gentle dedicated care for Nick. To the teams at The Royal and City hospitals in Belfast; thank you for the care and compassion shown during Nick's illness. To the Friends of the Cancer Centre (Belfast); Cancer Connect (Enniskillen) and McMillan Cancer Care thank you for your support. Thanks to Fr. Alwill for attending to Nick's spiritual needs especially in the last two weeks and for encapsuling his gentle nature so fittingly in your homily. Thanks to Blakes Undertakers for your professionalism and support. Thanks to Patricia Rodgers for your beautiful music at Nick's funeral. Thanks to Nick's work colleagues for your wonderful tribute in the memory book given to us. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement of our deepest gratitude. Nick will be remembered in Mass on the 6th December which can be followed on the St. Ninnidh's webcam. A memory Mass will be arranged when restrictions are lifted. Deeply regretted by his daughters, wife, mother, brother, sister-in-law, stepchildren, nephew, niece and extended family circle.
