EVELYN ARMSTRONG

ARMSTRONG Evelyn The husband and family of the late Evelyn Armstrong, 2 Beatty Terrace, Kilskeery would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. Evelyn passed away peacefully at her home after a short illness. We extend our heartful appreciation to everyone who called, sent sympathy cards, letters, texts, online messages, telephone calls and gifts of food. Thanks to all who made donations in lieu of flowers to Kilskeery Parish Church. We are very grateful to the many people who paid their respects by standing along the route as Evelyn made her final journey to Kilskeery Parish Church and also on the day of her funeral whilst observing Covid 19 restrictions. We would like to thank Rev Philip Bryson for his support to Evelyn and the family in her final days and for his heartfelt address and conducting such a beautiful funeral service. Also, thanks to Rev John Beacom and Gordon Quinn for their uplifting prayers and words of comfort. Thanks to Elizabeth Armstrong, Organist and Winston Cluff, Gravedigger. We would like to acknowledge the care given to Evelyn by the Doctors, nurses and receptionists at Trillick Health Centre, Staff at O'Hagan's Pharmacy, the District Nurses and Marie Curie Nurses who attended her at home for their compassionate care. Thanks to Stewart McKeown, lone piper for playing as Evelyn was laid to rest. Our deepest gratitude to Austen Stinson, W T Morrison Funeral Directors for the wonderful support and for organising the funeral in such a dignified and respectful manner. We offer our heartfelt thanks to our neighbours, family and friends for their support and kindness and all those who helped in anyway during this difficult time. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Armstrong Family.
