SWIFT Sharon The Husband, Children and extended family of the late Sharon Swift would like to share our thanks and appreciation to everyone who supported and sympathised with us on the recent sad loss of our beautiful Wife and Mother. Thank you to all who cared for Sharon throughout her illness; the Doctors and Nurses of the North West Cancer Centre, the South West Acute Hospital, Maple Group Practice, Lisnaskea and Brookeborough Health Centre. Thanks also to Julie and Staff in Clarkes Pharmacy, Lisnaskea. Thank you to the District Nursing Team who cared for Sharon, especially Karen and Shirley whom she was very fond of and who made it possible for Sharon to spend her final days with us at home giving her the professional care and support that we will be eternally grateful for. Thanks also to the Rapid Response Nurses and Marie Curie Nurses who attended to Sharon. We were and continue to be, overwhelmed by the support given to us by the entire community; to all those who called, helped out at home and provided the family with food during difficult days, to those who sent Mass cards and sympathy cards and left beautiful tributes to Sharon on social media. Your kindness was greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone who showed their respects along the entire route of Sharon's Funeral Cortege, from the House to the Church and on to the Graveyard. It was a wonderful tribute to Sharon and great source of support to the entire family. Thank you to the Staff and Pupils of St. Ronan's P.S. and St. Kevin's College for the Guard of Honour both outside the Schools and at the Church. We would particularly like to thank Mrs McGloin, Miss Quigley and Luke's friends for the comfort and support they have given to Luke, Euan and Lucia throughout this time. Thanks to Canon Dawson and Fr. Gallagher for their support in being with Sharon and us in her final days, for the beautiful Mass celebrated by Fr. Gallagher and for their continued support in the time since. The Funeral Mass was a touching tribute to Sharon. Thank you to Karen, Danielle, Sinead and Maria for the beautiful music during the Mass. Thanks to all who helped prepare Sharon's final resting place and special thanks to Paul Mohan, Fakey and Conor for all their help in arranging Sharon's Funeral. A particular word of thanks to my Mam and Dad for the love and support given to Sharon, the children and I throughout Sharon's illness and to this day. Greatful thanks and appreciation to all who have donated to Marie Curie in lieu of flowers, which we hope will benefit other families through their invaluable support. It would be impossible for us to thank everyone individually, so we hope this acknowledgement is accepted as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions. Sharon's Month's Mind Mass will take place at 7pm on Monday 10th May in St. Mary's Church, Brookeborough and can be viewed on the Agavea/Aughentaine Parish Facebook page.
