ERNEST CREIGHTON

Published on 10/06/2021

CREIGHTON Ernest. The Wife and family circle of the late Ernest Creighton would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement. Thank you for the floral tributes, cards, letters, telephone calls and donations in lieu of flowers to Tempo Parish Church. We were deeply humbled by everyone who took the time to pay their respects along the road while Ernest made his final journey to Tempo Parish Church and to the P.S.N.I who carried out their duty with great respect. We extend our appreciation to the carers who looked after Ernest in the months prior to his passing and to Tempo Road Day Centre. Thank you to the staff at Brookeborough and Tempo Primary Care Practice, to the Doctors, Nurses and the Palliative Care Team in Ward 2. Their care and compassion was so much appreciated by the family. A special word of thanks to The Rev Canon Maurice Armstrong for his words of comfort and for conducting the funeral service and committal afterwards. Sincere thanks to Johnny Trimble, Church Warden, Carole Graham, Organist and the readers Janice Allen and Janet Farrell (nieces) also Colin Ferguson for the very moving tribute to his uncle Ernest. Thank you to the gravediggers who prepared Ernest's final resting place. To Marcus Madill S R Elliott, Funeral Directors and his team for the dignified and professional manner in carrying out the funeral arrangements. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
