GERRY Guthrie and his band will perform at the Valley Hotel, Fivemiletown this Saturday.
The Ballina based guitarist and singer has released his latest single, 'Joseph Built The Cradle'.
This Country Gospel song was written by singer songwriter Joni Harms and was included on her 2006 album ‘That’s Faith’.
Ms Harms from the state of Oregon in the United States lives with her family on a ranch that was the homestead of her great grandfather.
She is no stranger to Ireland having performed here on a number of occasions, most recently in September this year.
‘Joseph Built The Cradle’ is an up tempo Gospel song. Although not a ‘Christmas song’, there is no doubt it will receive airplay at Christmas time as well as any other time of the year.
This is the first time that Gerry has released a Country Gospel song; it will be included on his forthcoming album which will be released in mid-2016.
