'JOY', starring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper, is the story of a family across four generations and the woman who rises to become founder and matriarch of a powerful family business dynasty.

Joy Mangano was a divorced mother with three children in the early 1990s when she invented the Miracle Mop and became an overnight success, after which she patented many other products, often selling on the Home Shopping Network and QVC. Written and directed by David O. Russell, the film is a semi-fictional and inspirational portrayal of how Mangano overcame personal and professional obstacles to rise to the top.

'The Danish Girl', meanwhile, is a fictional love story inspired by the lives of Danish artists Lili Elbe and Gerda Wegener. Lili and Gerda's marriage and work evolve as they navigate Lili's groundbreaking journey as a transgender pioneer.
