THE Share Centre, Lisnaskea will be the venue for a special comedy drama hosted by Lisnaskea Emmetts next Saturday night (January 16).

St Mungo's Luganulk have a special claim to fame.

Rooted to the bottom of Division 4 without a win in six-and-a-half years, they are official the worst team in Ireland's history.

Nobody is buying the weekly lotto tickets, nobody is coming to the games any more and it is getting harder to find 15 able-bodied men to pull on a jersey to represent their parish.

When they are drawn against their near neighbours and vicious rivals the whole village expects yet another first round exit and perhaps the end of Luganulk altogether.

The comedy from Grimes and McKee tells the tale of how the worst team in history got to the All-Ireland Final and how the people of Luganulk learned to love their football team again.

The performance at the Share Centre begins at 8pm next Saturday.

Refreshments will be available during the interval.

A limited number of tickets may be available for sale on the night on a first come first served basis but the organisers advise purchasing tickets prior to the show to avoid disappointment.

Please note the Arena at Share is unaffected by the recent flooding and the Derrylin road from Lisnaskea is now clear of Flood water.
