He is swiftly followed by the amazing David Meade tomorrow night.

GAY BYRNE – LIVE ON STAGE Ireland’s legendary TV and radio presenter, Gay Byrne takes to the Ardhowen stage tonight at 8pm, reminiscing about his life and times in a career spanning 50 years in broadcasting.
His most notable role of course was as the first host of The Late Late Show on RTE over a 37-year period spanning 1962 until 1999. Now the octogenarian hosts a weekly radio show, presents a successful TV series, and is currently on tour in a one-man (plus woman!) show as he talks about his loves, regrets and why wife Kathleen simply bursts out laughing at him when he gets into a huff. DAVID MEADE: MILLION DOLLAR MINDREADER The BBC’s Million Dollar Mentalist David Meade presents his brand new show on Friday at 8pm.
Returning to the stage with a show that is as hilarious as it is jaw dropping, he reveals private PIN numbers, detects lies, reveals secret thoughts and influences those around him with seemingly inexplicable results! Having caught the bug for mind-reading and mentalism as a teenager, David has been honing his act for nearly 20 years. He has combined a childhood interest with his academic interests to create the remarkable set of skills that he is famous for today.

DEREK RYAN Country singing sensation Derek Ryan performs to three packed houses at Ardhowen on Thursday, January 29, Friday, January 30 and Saturday, January 31, at 8pm.
Derek Ryan’s rise to become one of the biggest stars of Irish country music has been phenomenal. His love and passion for country are best measured in his song writing ability as was seen in his debut single ‘God’s Plan’ receiving enormous airplay and a deafening call from fans to get on the road to play his hits live. From that moment on Derek has rarely had a day off, travelling across Ireland playing in crowded Irish dance halls and most recently performing at sell out concerts in England and Scotland.
