PJ MC PHILLIPS
Mc PHILLIPS Patrick James (PJ) 21st February 2023 The family of the late Patrick James "PJ" McPhillips, Partner Helen, PJ's sons Jimmy, Adrian (Sinead) and Damien (Clare), brothers and sister John, Tom, Kathleen and grandchildren, would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them on the very sad occasion of PJ's passing. Thanks to those who attended the wake, the funeral, telephoned and sent Mass cards, and for all those who travelled long distances to be there. It was very much appreciated by all the family. We would like to express thanks to Monsignor Peter O'Reilly for his presence there that morning and for the way he carried out PJ's Funeral Mass. We would like to express thanks for everyone who took part in the funeral, readings, prayers of the faithful and to the gift bearers and the sacristan. A special thanks to his good friend Ciaran Carson who played in the church and sang a very touching tribute at the graveside, also to Samantha Breslin for her beautiful singing in the church. Also grateful thanks to the paramedics, the Chemist staff, PJ's close friend Andy Black, Carly Anderson and Davy Harkin for all their assistance on the morning of PJ's passing. A thanks to Earl Ferguson the gravedigger who prepared PJ's final resting place. And to his good friend Marcus Madill (Funeral Director) for personally taking care of the funeral arrangements. Thank you to Lisbellaw Parish Church for the use of the Parish Centre and the Horseshoe and Saddlers for providing the tea following the interment. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by everyone as a sincere appreciation of our thanks. "May PJ rest in peace until we meet again" Months Mind Mass for PJ will take place on Sunday 26th March at 9.30am in St Mary's Church, Lisbellaw.
