Enniskillen's Neil Hannon is to contest Celebrity Mastermind tonight (Tuesday) answering questions on his specialist subject, the sitcom Frasier.
Being screened tonight at 7pm on BBC1, the Divine Comedy star takes his turn in the famous black chair as well chef Michel Roux Jr, actress Jessica Hynes and Politics Show presenter Jon Sopel. They are trying their luck answering questions on Auguste Escoffier's Guide to Modern Cooking, Pam Ayres and Tony Blair.
Hannon is appearing in aid of the Alzheimer's Society.
He played a gig late last year with Ash frontman Tim Wheeler in the Ulster Hall in aid of the charity. His father, former Church of Ireland Bishop, the Rt. Rev. Brian Hannon, lives with the condition.
