Sinn Fein's Phil Flanagan believes his political career is over. The father of two, who has just completed a five year term as an Assembly Member for the area, believes he will not retain his seat. While it has not yet been officially declared, Mr Flanagan is already admitting defeat. “It's not looking good. Unless there is a miracle, it looks like I am out,” he told "Unemployment is never a good prospect for anyone, but politics is not a job for life. As well as that there is the disappointment that I will not be in Stormont representing the people of Fermanagh-south Tyrone. "The stark reality is I am now facing unemployment,” he said.
