POLICE investigating alleged money laundering offences have carried out a number of searches in the Florencecourt area.
According to a post on the PSNI Fermanagh Facebook page, detectives from the Economic Crime Unit accompanied local officers in carrying out the searches at a number of homes on Wednesday morning of last week.
It is understood that the searches were relating to alleged money laundering offences.
“A number of items of interest were recovered and enquiries are continuing,” the post stated.
