A 23-year-old man, charged with attempted murder, has appeared before Omagh Magistrates Court today (Tuesday). Sean McDonagh of Coolcullen Meadow, Enniskillen was refused bail with the court believing that the defendant was likely to interfere with the police investigation and witnesses.
McDonagh has also been charged with grievous bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon, namely a crossbow and bolt.
The incidents relating to the three charges occurred at Coolcullen Meadow on Sunday October 14. The injured party was named in court documents as Aisleen McDonagh.
The defendant has been remanded in custody to prison at Maghaberry. The case has been adjourned to Fermanagh Magistrates Court on November 12 2018.
