The case against a teenager charged with the alleged “upskirting” filming of two teachers at a Fermanagh school will be heard at Enniskillen Magistrates court on December 5.

The case was before the court this week where it was revealed that the defence and prosecution have agreed the facts of the case and will submit skeleton arguments to the Judge prior to December 5.

A panel will be formed to hear the case and the prosecution asked the court to ensure that none of that panel had any connection to the school where the acts are alleged to have taken place.

The teenager, who was not present in court, is charged with five counts of committing an act outraging public decency by making a covert video recording which recorded an image underneath the skirt.

The offences are alleged to have taken place between February 2015 and May 2016. Three of the charges are relating to one female teacher, with the remaining two relate to a second female teacher.
