A man will contest a charge of common assault brought against him at Fermanagh Magistrates Court.
Vincent John Barlow with an address of Blunnick Road, Florencecourt faces the charge in relation to an incident which took place on January 4, 2019.
The court heard that witnesses had been agreed by the prosecution and defence.
The case of the 54 year old is due to be heard again on February 25.
