Detectives investigating the murder of 30-year-old Pat Ward in Clogher have arrested a man on suspicion of withholding information.
The 44 year old suspect will also be questioned under the Communications Act after CCTV footage and images of the deceased were shared online.
The body of Pat Ward was found in alleyway on Saturday, February 9 in McCrea Park in Clogher.
A man and woman, Niall Cox and Karen McDonald were charged with his murder on Wednesday of this week in Dungannon Court.
