Mediation to try to resolve the dispute between businessman Sean Quinn's children and the former Anglo Irish Bank has ended and the date has now been set for a trial, The Impartial Reporter has learned.
The five adult children will now take legal action against the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, disputing liability for loans of around €2.3 billion given to Quinn companies.
The trial will begin on March 5 and could last several months.
